Our Story
The Carl Hawthorne Team was founded on a simple idea: real estate should feel personal, straightforward, and grounded in local knowledge. Since 2006, the team has grown while keeping that personal approach at the center of its work. It serves clients across Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Bartow, Pickens, and Gilmer counties, as well as the North Fulton area. Before entering real estate, Carl worked on community design for John Wieland and Pulte Homes. That experience informs his perspective on home construction and the communities around it.
