She has had a very successful career as a Corporate Buyer, specializing in purchasing and negotiations. Her previous positions have required perseverance, tenacity and communication skills, as she worked with a diverse international customer base. Today, as a real estate professional, Frances carries over these same qualities and principles to the Carl Hawthorne Team.

Raised in Cobb County and lived most of her adult life in Cherokee County, Frances offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as of the surrounding school systems, services, and recreational activities. Her responsibility and commitment to clients always comes first, allowing them to feel comfortable and confident during what has the potential to be a stressful time.

She is a mother of three and enjoys watching her children participate in their many sports and activities.
